Speaker Biograghy: Lena has extensive experience within the aviation industry and a passion for customers and airports. Today she is working as Head of Operations, with overall responsibility for steering and coordinating the daily operations at Stockholm Arlanda Airport as well as developing the operational processes and supporting systems for Swedavia’s 10 airports, with a focus on operational excellence and customer value. Lena has a broad airline experience both from commercial and service management and from ground handling.
