William MacMillan, Director, A-CDM Implementation, Greater Toronto Airports Authority, Canada

Speaker Biograghy: Wil is the Director, A-CDM Implementation at Toronto Pearson and is responsible for the development and implementation of the A-CDM@YYZ programme. He has 30 years' aviation experience including as a helicopter pilot with the Canadian Forces and 27 years at Toronto Pearson. His leadership experience includes responsibility for the airport operating certificate, the quality assurance programme, the apron management units and noise management. His previous position was Director for Operational Continuity/Emergency Planning and the Integrated Operations Control Centre (IOCC), which is responsible for the 'day of' airport operation. He has chaired the Toronto Pearson IROPs and regional IROPs committees. Wil is an Aviation Management graduate from Georgian College and an accredited member of the International Association of Airport Executives Canada (IAAE Canada). He has served on the IAAE Canada Board of Directors, the Georgian College Aviation Management Programme Advisory Committee and the NAV Canada Advisory Committee.
