Speaker Biograghy: Gary has a comprehensive background of over 39 years as a Design Manager and Project Manager with a broad range of industry design, construction and related facility experience. Since 1998 he has had a focused concentration on the planning, programming, design and construction of aviation facilities ranging from general aviation and military, to jet base and mainline commercial, covering landside and airside support facilities. He had a formal education at Southern Polytechnic State University, reinforced by industry training, which has provided him with diverse opportunities to participate in a large spectrum of construction, design and facility projects. As Design Manager for the Department of Aviation at Hartsfield-Jackson, Gary is currently involved in several high-profile projects to improve airport operations and passenger experience. Gary is a licensed architect in the State of Georgia and maintains professional affiliations with the AIA, the CSI, the AAAE, et al.
