Speaker Biograghy: Having studied International Management (MA) at universities in Munich and France, Sarah joined MAN as an M&A Consultant Business Development in Aviation. She then joined Munich Airport as Project Manager for three years followed by a position as Senior Strategy Consultant. Sarah became Head of Innovation Management in 2014 and rebuilt it from the ground up, placing the main focus on customer experience and revenue increase. The outcome is the development of new products and services by co-creation with customers. This form of open innovation is yet another means of gathering input directly from the users. Sarah and her team have completed projects ranging from a travel blog and the introduction of shopping assistants to the evaluation of indoor navigational systems and their implementation. In cooperation with corporate companies, startups and universities, she is currently developing an Innovation Campus at Munich Airport.
