Speaker Biograghy: Tove has been at Swedavia since 2011 with responsibility for diversity and inclusion as well as Swedavia's engagement in social sustainability projects and cooperations with, for example, The Red Cross, Medecins Sans Frontiers, LGBT organisations and projects that connect human rights to company business. Tove has a true dedication for inclusion and previously worked in the transportation industry with the goal of establishing creative, attractive workplaces through inclusion.
