Speaker Biograghy: Beth joined MAG in 2007 and is currently Executive Vice President - International Business Development & Lounges. She has over 25 years' experience in retail, across a broad range of roles and disciplines encompassing store management, logistics, property, HR and training, and business development. Over her career she worked for Debenhams, WHSmith and TJHughes before joining MAG. In her previous role as Group Retail Director she had full accountability for growing income and yield within retail across all the group's airports, working with over 50 different partners to ensure the offer was always current and the commercial terms market leading. She was the proud custodian of an award-winning visitor attraction housing a retired Concorde. She developed the ‘Escape’ and ‘1903’ executive lounge brand and offer, and then successfully rolled it out to the USA. Personal fact: Beth sings and kick boxes in her spare time – not together, however!
