Speaker Biograghy: Hugo founded We Link Sweden with Minna Levin. He is a business consultant and diversity strategist with an interdisciplinary degree in International Migration and Ethnic Relations. He has years of experience of organisational development in regional, national and international projects across sectors. He has been the project leader for the Vinnova-funded pre-study 'The empowerment of minority-driven networks as catalysts for growth in the Stockholm region' 2015-2016, and 'Entry Hub – a network-driven cooperative model for smarter integration into the labour market' 2016-ongoing. He has also been involved in 'Support structure for collaboration between business promoters and bridge builders for minority groups' on behalf of the County Administrative Board of Stockholm 2015.
